  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk (you can use any milk you prefer)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (optional for extra creaminess)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Cook the Pasta:
