Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your request, you must provide:
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Pictures of the package from all sides while receiving the damaged item
- A video showing the product along with the shipping package
Our team will review the evidence and, if verified, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
- Orders once shipped cannot be canceled or returned.
- No refunds will be provided for issues arising due to improper storage after delivery.
- Bulk orders are non-refundable unless there is a proven issue with quality or damage in transit.
